Able-Ride Ticket Books & Fares

IMPORTANT! Our Able Ride single ride fare is increasing to $4.00 starting August 20th! We will begin selling $4.00 single ride ticket books on August 7th, in preparation for this fare increase. If you have older tickets at the $3.75 price, we will continue to accept those as fare payment (without an upcharge) thru December 31st, 2023. Contact an Able Ride Reservationist with any questions at 516-228-4000.

Ticket Books 

Each Able-Ride Ticket Book includes tickets for 20 trips. To order ticket books either online or via mail, click here. To request a form by phone, call Able-Ride at 516-228-4000. For customers who are deaf or hard of hearing, please use your preferred relay service provider or the free 711 relay.

If you are certified as requiring a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to accompany you, the PCA will ride at no extra charge. You can pay cash (exact fare only) or use tickets that you purchase in advance.
